Conduct yoga classes for approximately 20 participants, tailored to meet specific objectives.
Utilize various yoga styles including Vinyasa, Yin, Adaptive, and Restorative.
Provide weekly reports detailing class activities.
Attend bi-monthly team meetings.
Adapt instruction to accommodate injuries, medical conditions, and mental/emotional challenges.
Requirements: Certification - Must be registered with the Yoga Alliance or have graduated from a Yoga Alliance approved training. Military and veteran specific training and certification - Must be trained and prepared to professionally address ADSMs and veterans with the full range of yoga tools/techniques, from adaptive yoga appropriate for all individuals (including physical, mental, and moral injuries) through an advanced physical practice targeting elite athletic fitness.
