Job Description

  1. Maintain the high standard of personal appearance and hygiene as per Araamu spa and the hotel standard.
  2. Maintains cleanliness of the work place specially treatment rooms.   
  3. Should be ready at the spa as per the booking time. 
  4. Conduct and lead Yoga sessions to the guests
  5. Communicating with the clients to ascertain there medical history, specific needs and requests.
  6. Should give an explanation as to benefits of the treatment.
  7. Perform, and provide the services up to the Araamu Spa standard.
  8. Recognize and respect the rights and privacy of the client.
  9. Kits, tools and equipment should be kept clean and neat.
  10. Ensure to clean treatment room as soon after each treatment, make sure all the amenities are readily available. If you don’t have time get help from spa attendant.
  11. Reminds colleagues of any deviations from normal procedures.  
  12. Ensures that any suggestion or complaint from guest or staff should be reported to the supervisor immediately.
  13. Performs any additional duties as and when requested by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Certified as a Spa Therapist and Yoga Instructor with relevant qualifications.
  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality spa treatments and leading yoga sessions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Well-groomed and high standard of personal hygiene.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
